Payten began her journey at JF Real Estate as an intern in May of 2023 while she completed her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. After graduating in May 2024 with a triple major in Marketing, Management and Real Estate, Payten joined the company full time and has received her Real Estate Salespersons License. Payten has previous work experience at One Source Millwork as a CNC Operator and at Harbor Freight as a Senior Associate and Logistics Supervisor. In addition to helping clients with sales and leasing, she is responsible for the management and leasing of JF Real Estate’s coworking space, ShareCuse. Payten has helped grow ShareCuse up to 35 offices in over 11,000 square feet.
