Construction has begun on the Tech Garden at 235 Harrison across the street from our building at 224 Harrison Street. This 32 million project will add two floors, 46,000 square feet, to the building and make upstate NY a hub for innovative, high-tech, 21st century business.

When complete, the new state-of-the-art building will have more meeting rooms, coworking areas, and private offices for tenants. An expanded hardware space will enable prototype and product development. A 5,000-square-foot roof terrace will provide companies working in uncrewed aerial systems the space they need to launch and test drones. This additional space will support the Tech Garden’s efforts to provide resources to more companies at all stages of growth and across new disciplines.

Over the lifetime of the Tech Garden program and through the incubator programs like Innovation Hot Spot, Grants for Growth, GENIUS NY, etc., companies have raised $348 million in follow-on funding and created 1,340 jobs.
