JF Real Estate completed an installation of 14 electric car charging stations in 2021. Two of them are located at the apartment complex at One Franklin Square, located at 460 North Franklin Street in Franklin Square, and the other twelve are located at the Atrium Garage, located at 115 West Fayette Street in downtown Syracuse.

Working with a local electrician and EV Connect, these chargers were installed by tying into the existing electrical panels. They have become an amenity for building Tenants and parkers throughout the city of Syracuse, and we anticipate their demand to only increase. At their current utilization, these car charging units prevent approximately 520 greenhouse gases per month, which translates to 58 gallons, 2,420 electric miles, or 14 trees!
